Tutored Tastings
In these sessions you’ll learn how to systematically assess a beer using all your senses. Getting familiar with what to look for in a particular beer style will help you decide which beers are for you, when you find that excellent example and also know when something’s not right. We can also teach you how expert judges evaluate beers for beer competitions.
Specialty Beer Tastings
The world of beer is fascinating with hundreds of different styles. In a specialty beer tasting you’ll be focusing on one area, say Belgian beers, German lagers or the varied world of IPAs. As well as enjoying a selection of beers, we’ll be delving into the history of the beer styles and the associated beer culture for a fun and informative time.
Beer And Food Events
Beer is an excellent pair with food. Beer and food share flavours in common and some beer characteristics are perfectly suited to drinking with a meal. Whether it’s a simple beer & cheese combo, or a full menu with accompanying beers, we can help you discover the fantastic experience of beer with food.
Informal Beer Socials

Off-flavour Training
Working in beer and want to get better clued up on understanding and recognising off-flavours in beer. Using Industry standard sensory kits and full or half day workshops, we can fill that gap.
